Case Histories
Proof of the Narrative Architecture in action
We don’t just "make films." We solve complex communication challenges through the science of storytelling
Below is a curated selection of projects where our approach has moved the needle. Whether it’s humanising a global medical device for Pfizer or driving a 50% growth in bookings for a specialist coach, these stories share one thing in common: they were built with strategic intent.
PROJECT 1: THE CORPORATE BENCHMARK
The Logic
Conquering Horizons– Engineering a Life Reclaimed
- The Challenge: How do you launch a revolutionary all-terrain wheelchair in a market defined by clinical limitations?
- The Invisible Value: The drive of a Royal Marine to “get his life back” and play with his children.
- The Result: A narrative that transformed a “mobility aid” into a symbol of freedom, securing global interest and investment.
The Narrative Strategy:
We identified that the torque and battery life were secondary to the emotional “Why.” We built the narrative around a single, heartbreaking question from Phil’s son: “Dad, why can’t you come play?” This transformed the product from a piece of engineering into a father’s refusal to accept boundaries. We didn’t film a wheelchair; we filmed a man reclaiming his identity.
PROJECT 2: THE SPECIALIST’S GROWTH
The Logic
Jackie Harvey Knight – Resilience in the Arena
- The Challenge: A phenomenal equestrian coach needed to move beyond “technical coaching” to reflect her true value as a mentor.
- The Invisible Value: The profound, life-changing confidence she instils in riders facing grief or anxiety.
- The Result: A 50% increase in client bookings and a solidified reputation as a leading mentor in the equestrian world.
The Narrative Strategy:
We chose to reveal Jackie’s value through the eyes of a mother and daughter navigating grief. By focusing on the transformation of the student, from anxiety to clearing a 1.20m jump, we proved that Jackie’s “product” isn’t technique; it’s joy. We guided the heart to move the mind, resulting in a schedule that is now consistently full.
PROJECT 3: THE SPECIALIST’S GROWTH
The Logic
Medtronic – Humanising the Clinical
- The Challenge: Medtronic needed to communicate the impact of a complex spinal cord stimulator to a dual audience: hopeful patients and sceptical healthcare professionals.
- The Invisible Value: The device wasn’t just “technology”; it was the restoration of a person’s purpose.
- The Result: A definitive communication tool used across Europe to bridge the gap between clinical data and human hope.
The Narrative Strategy:
We bypassed the traditional “product testimonial” and instead architected an Impact Story. We focused on the universal human desire for a life without pain. By filming Sarah in her own environment, gardening and interacting with family, we provided “Show, Don’t Tell” evidence of the device’s efficacy. The technology became the “enabler” of her journey, rather than the subject of the film.
THE FINAL SECTION: THE TRANSITION
Your organisation has an "invisible value." Let’s make it seen
Every project on this page started with a problem: a complex service that was being misunderstood, a revolutionary product that felt too technical, or a leader whose vision wasn’t reaching the right people.
We don’t believe in “plug-and-play” video. We believe in bespoke narrative architecture. We only take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure that every story we tell is given the strategic depth it deserves.
If you are ready to move beyond “content” and start building a legacy of trust, the first step is a conversation—not a camera.
